I'm a graphic designer based in Portland, born and raised in San Francisco. Since 2019 I've been designing at 3Degrees, a renewable energy consultancy. I'm also available for freelance work! Previously I was a graphic designer at bkr. I received my BFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.

 

I think that a bit of contradiction is essential to good design. Information and embellishment. Print and digital. Illustration and geometry. I also try to infuse a sense of humor into my work whenever possible.

My style is witty, fun, and considered. In the words of Lisa Simpson,
"My interests include music, science, justice, animals, shapes, and feelings." I like going to libraries to research art styles and ideas. I like collaborating with fellow artists and spitballing until you have some amazing unstoppable idea. I like viewing as much stuff as I can.
